Small Business Automation for Leads & Operations
Keep inquiries, quotes, appointments and customer follow-up connected. HTS builds practical automation for small businesses so owners and staff spend less time chasing the next task.
The operational problem
Where the current process breaks down.
Missed calls, quotes without follow-up and customer records spread across inboxes make growth harder to manage. Staff spend time reconstructing context that should already be connected to the job.
The system we build
Connect the work, not just the tools.
We map your service pipeline and connect intake, assignment, scheduling, communication and reporting. The implementation fits the tools your business uses and the way your staff actually hands work off. The scope follows your business process, whether you run a service company, a professional practice or a growing sales team.

Implementation
How this takes shape in your business.
- Trace a real inquiry from first contact through booking and completion.
- Identify missed handoffs, repetitive entry and communication gaps.
- Build the highest-value workflow and integrate the required systems.
- Train staff, measure activity and refine exception handling.
Business outcomes we design for
- More consistent handling of inquiries and quotes.
- Less re-entering information between tools.
- A shared view of ownership and next actions.
- Repeat-customer outreach that fits the relationship.
These are design objectives, not guaranteed results. We agree on measures and track actual outcomes.
Your existing stack
Integrations with a clear purpose.
- Existing CRM
- Scheduling tools
- Microsoft 365
- Calling systems
- Website forms
We verify vendor capabilities, account permissions and supported interfaces before committing to an integration. Vendor names describe technology experience and possible scope, not formal partnerships.
Client experience
A direct working relationship, from scope to handoff.
Our published client feedback describes real service and website engagements. It is not evidence of a measured result for this specific automation.
Working with Robert at Harris Tech Solutions was an exceptional experience. He quickly learned my business, delivered ahead of schedule, and provided ongoing support even after the project was complete.
Robert built my site exactly as I needed it. He communicated throughout the process and made sure that I was completely satisfied before sending me the final invoice. Highly recommend!
I had Robert build me a website for my real estate business and it turned out better than I could have imagined!! He kept me updated throughout the entire process!
Good questions
Before we build.
Do you only work with mortgage businesses?
No. We build revenue and operations systems for service businesses and other teams with repeatable sales or administrative workflows. Mortgage is an area of hands-on experience, with its own dedicated solutions.
Can you work with our existing scheduling tool?
We assess the tool’s supported interfaces and account permissions. If a reliable integration is unavailable, we explain the limitation and the practical alternatives before committing to scope.
Where should a small business start with automation?
Start with one repeated problem: a missed call, an unassigned inquiry, a quote that never gets followed up or the same information entered twice. We map the current process, choose a clear measure and scope a first workflow before adding more.
What does an automation project cost?
Most custom automation projects are $2,500–$6,000. Ongoing management and optimization ranges from $500 to $5,000 per month, based on system complexity, management responsibilities and support needs. Complex integrations and AI systems are scoped individually. The discovery call helps determine the appropriate engagement.
How do you handle compliance-sensitive workflows?
Human approval, access controls, suppression rules and audit trails can be incorporated into the design. Your team is responsible for reviewing business and regulatory requirements. HTS provides technology implementation, not legal advice.
