Who we are

Harris Tech Solutions ("Harris Tech," "we," "us," or "our") is a Dallas-Fort Worth technology company that builds done-for-you systems, automation, CRM setups, and AI workflows for service businesses. This policy covers our website at harristechsolutions.com and any related pages, forms, and tools we run, and it explains how we handle personal information.

What we collect

We try to collect as little as we need to do the job. Depending on how you use the site, that includes:

• What you give us. Your first name, last name, and email address when you join our email list, plus anything you type when you contact us or book a call.
• Booking details. When you book a call through our scheduler, the scheduling provider collects your name, email, and the time you pick so we can meet.
• Basic technical data. Standard information your browser sends when you visit (such as device type, general location, and pages viewed), used to keep the site working and to understand what is useful.
• Spam protection. Our forms include a hidden field that real people leave blank. It exists only to catch automated bots and is not used to identify you.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this site, and we do not ask for it on our forms.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

• Send you the emails and occasional outreach you signed up for, including our newsletter and updates about what we build.
• Reply to your questions, schedule and prepare for calls, and follow up on a conversation you started.
• Run, secure, and improve the website and our forms.
• Meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your email address to anyone.

Your consent to receive email

We only add you to our email list when you ask us to. When you sign up, you check a box that says you agree to receive emails and occasional outreach from Harris Tech Solutions. That checkbox is not pre-checked, and you have to check it yourself before the form will submit. We keep a record of the wording you agreed to and the date you agreed, so both sides have a clear trail. Submitting the form is the consent. You can withdraw it at any time (see below), and withdrawing it does not affect anything we already sent before you opted out.

Email and your choices

Every marketing email we send includes a one-click way to unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. You can also reply to any email or write to robert@harristechsolutions.com and ask us to take you off the list. We follow the federal CAN-SPAM Act for commercial email, which means our messages identify who they are from, use honest subject lines, and give you a working way to opt out.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can perform that work for us. These include:

• Hostinger, which hosts our website.
• n8n and Supabase, which receive and store email signups so we can manage the list.
• Calendly, which powers call booking.
• An email delivery provider, which sends the emails you signed up for.
• HubSpot, our customer relationship system, where we keep track of conversations with prospects and clients.

Each of these providers is bound to handle your data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale, in which case we would let affected contacts know.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your display preference (such as light or dark mode) and to keep our pop-up from showing more than once. If we use website analytics to count visits and understand which pages help, that data is kept in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then behave differently.

How long we keep your data

We keep email-list information for as long as you stay subscribed, and for a reasonable period after you unsubscribe so we can honor your opt-out and keep our own records. We keep booking and conversation history for as long as we have an active or recent relationship, then remove or anonymize it when we no longer need it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information.
• Stop sending you marketing email.

To make a request, email robert@harristechsolutions.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you live in Texas, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you these kinds of rights over your personal data. If you live in California, you have similar rights under California law, including the right to know what we collect and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

Data security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your data protected and we limit who can access it.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let our email subscribers know.
