Jungo & Salesforce Automation for Mortgage Teams

Make your CRM reflect how your team actually works. Connect fields, stages, assignments and communication so the next action is clear.

The operational problem

Where the current process breaks down.

A CRM can have thousands of records and still leave a loan officer working from a spreadsheet. Inconsistent fields, duplicate contacts, unused stages and unreliable task rules make the system harder to trust.

The system we build

Connect the work, not just the tools.

We start with the data model and the team’s real process. Then we improve ownership, stage transitions, task creation, segmentation and reporting. The aim is a dependable operating system for your pipeline, with changes documented so your team can maintain them.

Example workflow
  1. 01Lead captured
  2. 02Duplicate checked
  3. 03Owner assigned
  4. 04Task created
  5. 05Activity logged
  6. 06Dashboard updated

Illustrative architecture. Final steps depend on your systems, access and approved scope.

Implementation

How this takes shape in your business.

  1. Review objects, fields, permissions, current automations and reporting needs.
  2. Agree on record ownership, required data and duplicate rules.
  3. Build and test flows, assignments and approved integrations in a safe environment.
  4. Document the changes and train the people responsible for daily use.

Business outcomes we design for

  • Fewer records with missing ownership or next steps.
  • Repeatable handoffs between loan officers and support staff.
  • Segments that support useful nurture campaigns.
  • Dashboards grounded in consistent source data.

These are design objectives, not guaranteed results. We agree on measures and track actual outcomes.

Your existing stack

Good questions

Before we build.

Will you replace our Jungo setup?

We first assess what works. Existing fields, integrations and useful automation are preserved where practical; changes are scoped around the gaps and tested for dependencies.

Can you fix reporting without rebuilding everything?

Often the first step is agreeing on definitions and improving the fields that feed a report. We identify those dependencies before recommending a broader rebuild.

What does an automation project cost?

Most custom automation projects are $2,500–$6,000. Ongoing management and optimization ranges from $500 to $5,000 per month, based on system complexity, management responsibilities and support needs. Complex integrations and AI systems are scoped individually. The discovery call helps determine the appropriate engagement.

How do you handle compliance-sensitive workflows?

Human approval, access controls, suppression rules and audit trails can be incorporated into the design. Your team is responsible for reviewing business and regulatory requirements. HTS provides technology implementation, not legal advice.
