Real names. Real reviews. Real DFW operators.

Three five-star reviews below, verbatim, exactly as they came in. The review leads. The project and the result sit right under it. Each one ended with a system that was delivered, supported, and still in use today.

Five-star client reviews

Client Story · 01 ★★★★★5.0

Working with Robert at Harris Tech Solutions was an exceptional experience. He quickly learned my business, delivered ahead of schedule, and provided ongoing support even after the project was complete.

Alicia Solis · DJ & Entrepreneur
What we built

A custom-branded, mobile-first DJ & events site with service and booking-inquiry sections, hosting and DNS handled end to end, plus post-launch tuning.

The result

Shipped ahead of schedule. Five stars. The relationship continued past the final invoice, which is the part most agencies skip.

Client Story · 02 ★★★★★5.0

Robert built my site exactly as I needed it. He communicated throughout the process and made sure that I was completely satisfied before sending me the final invoice. Highly recommend!

Matt Ballmaier · Loan Officer
What we built

A custom multi-page loan-officer site with application paths for buyers and referral partners, mobile-first, email-DNS configured, weekly progress updates throughout the build.

The result

Built exactly to spec, reviewed, then invoiced. Not the other way around. That sequencing is the standard on every HTS engagement.

Client Story · 03 ★★★★★5.0

I had Robert build me a website for my real estate business and it turned out better than I could have imagined!! He kept me updated throughout the entire process!

Jake Inderman · Real Estate Agent
What we built

A custom-branded real-estate site with buyer- and seller-focused paths, mobile-first, hosting and DNS handled end to end, regular check-ins, and post-launch tuning included.

The result

Came back better than imagined (his words). Sites like this are the entry point. Most clients return for the automation layer once they see what ships.

/ The Pattern

Different projects. Same playbook.

Every engagement runs through the same four phases. Whether it's a website, a CRM rollout, or a full operating system, the steps are the same. Only the deliverable changes.

  1. Discovery

30-min working session. We map what's needed, what's missing, and where the leverage is.

  2. Architecture

Scope locked, deliverables listed, timeline approved in writing, before any build starts.

  3. Build

2 to 4 weeks. Regular check-ins. You see progress, not silence.

  4. Deploy & Train

Go live, plain-English handover, ongoing support after the final invoice.

/ Automation Engagements

Three automation builds. Names held back, results real.

Beyond the named website reviews, these automation builds come from Robert's enterprise mortgage-infrastructure work. Names are held back by agreement and details are generalized. The outcomes are exact, and the same playbook runs on HTS engagements for service businesses, independent LOs, and realtors.

Engagement · A ~5 hrs/wk reclaimed

Loan-status milestone notifications took processors out of the email loop.

What we built

Stage-change triggers wired to the LOS and CRM, borrower-friendly templates per milestone, LO and processor cc'd with reply routing, compliance-reviewed copy on every regulated send, and a per-loan audit log.

The result

Each processor reclaimed roughly 5 hours a week. Inbound status calls dropped because borrowers got the update before they thought to ask. It has run cleanly across the pipeline since rollout.

Engagement · B Inbox restored

Email deliverability hardening brought campaigns back out of the spam folder.

What we built

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured and aligned, policy moved from none to quarantine after monitoring, a 30-day new-domain warmup, inbox-placement monitoring, and Postmaster + Microsoft SNDS integration.

The result

Inbox placement on key domains restored to green. DMARC reports went from noise to actionable. Campaigns stopped quietly disappearing into spam.

Engagement · C ≤5 min first touch

A Salesforce/Jungo lead-routing rebuild cut time-to-first-touch sharply.

What we built

Source-aware routing (web, partner, paid), territory and language matching where applicable, capacity-aware load balancing across LOs, automatic Telegram and email push to the assigned LO, and fallback routing if no response in a window.

The result

Average first touch landed at five minutes or less. Manual assignment work went to zero. Lead-to-application conversion improved measurably as a downstream effect.

Want your name on the next case study?

The named reviews above are from website clients. The automation engagements are redacted from current full-time work. HTS automation case studies, with named clients and named numbers, are being written now, with permission, from current service-business, LO, and realtor engagements.

If you book in the next quarter, your build is in the running to be one of the first three named automation case studies on this page: with your data, your numbers, your name, and your approval at every step.
