Mortgage Automation for Loan Officers & Mortgage Teams

Connect the mortgage lifecycle, from the first inquiry to the next referral. HTS builds the follow-up and operational systems that keep opportunities moving inside the tools your team already uses.

Home / Industries / Mortgage automation

The operational problem

Where the current process breaks down.

A borrower submits an inquiry, an assistant copies it into the CRM, and the next action depends on someone remembering. Later, loan status updates and post-close outreach live in separate places. Each handoff creates another opportunity for a record, task or relationship to be missed.

The system we build

Connect the work, not just the tools.

We map the borrower and referral-partner journey, establish which system owns each field, and connect the actions around it. Lead capture, nurture, appointment booking, loan milestones, past-client campaigns and annual mortgage reviews become a coordinated workflow with named owners and visible exceptions.

Implementation

How this takes shape in your business.

  1. Map your lead sources, pipeline stages and ownership rules.
  2. Connect approved CRM and LOS data, with duplicate handling and an exception queue.
  3. Launch follow-up and loan-status workflows, then extend into post-close nurture.
  4. Give managers reporting on activity, handoffs and records that need attention.

Business outcomes we design for

  • A clear next action for each lead and loan milestone.
  • Less copying between your CRM and loan systems.
  • Consistent past-client and Realtor partner contact.
  • Reporting that makes stalled handoffs visible.

These are design objectives, not guaranteed results. We agree on measures and track actual outcomes.

Your existing stack

Integrations with a clear purpose.

  • Jungo / Salesforce
  • ARIVE / LOS
  • Microsoft 365
  • RingCentral
  • Homebot
  • MonitorBase

We verify vendor capabilities, account permissions and supported interfaces before committing to an integration. Vendor names describe technology experience and possible scope, not formal partnerships.

Client experience

A direct working relationship, from scope to handoff.

Our published client feedback describes real service and website engagements. It is not evidence of a measured result for this specific automation.

Good questions

Before we build.

Can ARIVE and Jungo be connected?

We assess the interfaces and permissions available in your accounts before scoping a connection. Field ownership, available events, vendor access and error handling determine what can be synchronized.

Can you include annual mortgage reviews?

Yes. Review workflows can identify eligible past clients, create preparation tasks, route communications for approval and record the conversation in your CRM. Any financing recommendation stays with your licensed team.

What does an automation project cost?

Most custom automation projects are $2,500–$6,000. Ongoing management and optimization ranges from $500 to $5,000 per month, based on system complexity, management responsibilities and support needs. Complex integrations and AI systems are scoped individually. The discovery call helps determine the appropriate engagement.

How do you handle compliance-sensitive workflows?

Human approval, access controls, suppression rules and audit trails can be incorporated into the design. Your team is responsible for reviewing business and regulatory requirements. HTS provides technology implementation, not legal advice.
