Terms of Use.
The short version: use the site and its free tools for your own business, do not misuse them, and understand that the content here is general information rather than professional advice. Questions go to robert@harristechsolutions.com.

Who these terms are between
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Harris Tech Solutions (“Harris Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas technology company. They cover the website at harristechsolutions.com and the pages, forms and free tools we run on it (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Client work is governed by the written scope and agreement for that engagement, not by these Terms. Where the two differ, the client agreement controls.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes connected to evaluating or working with Harris Tech. You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy or republish the Site’s content, design or code except as these Terms allow.
- Submit false information through our forms, or submit information about someone else without their permission.
- Interfere with the Site, probe it for weaknesses, or load it with automated traffic.
- Use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights.
Free tools and calculators
The Busywork Bill and the Owner’s Operating Score run in your browser. The numbers you enter are computed on the page and are not sent to us unless you choose to email yourself the result. Their output is an estimate based on what you type in. It is meant to start a conversation, not to replace a financial, legal or operational review of your business.
Information, not advice
Articles, guides, pricing ranges and examples on the Site are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or compliance advice, and reading them does not create a client relationship. Automated outreach, texting and the handling of customer or borrower data are regulated. Have any workflow reviewed for your own situation before it goes live.
Starting prices on the Site are what they say: starting points. Your scope and price are confirmed in writing after a conversation about your business.
Booking and email
Calls are booked through a third party scheduler. Joining our email list is opt-in, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe. The Privacy Policy explains both in detail.
Google Maps content
Some pages of the Site show our Google Business Profile rating and reviews using Google Maps Platform. That content belongs to Google and the people who wrote the reviews; we display it, we do not store it, and we do not edit it. When you view that content you are also bound by the Google Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Google may collect technical data from your browser when that content loads. Reviews are selected and ordered by Google, so what you see is not a complete or newest-first list.
Our content and your use of it
The Site, including its text, graphics, code, logos and the Harris Tech name, is owned by Harris Tech Solutions or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, link to and share links to the Site. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
Anything you send us through the Site (a form, a reply, a question) may be used to respond to you and improve the Site and our services. Do not send us confidential information through the Site; a client engagement is the place for that.
Third party links and services
The Site links to and embeds services we do not control, including our scheduler, Google Maps, and the vendors named in our Privacy Policy. Their terms and privacy practices are their own. A link does not mean we endorse a site or vouch for its content.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be error free, uninterrupted, or that any content is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Harris Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Site or its content, and our total liability for any claim connected to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If your misuse of the Site, or your breach of these Terms, leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute connected to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County or Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the Site or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
