AI Agents Built to Do Real Business Work

Give a defined operational job to an AI system with the tools, context and review controls to carry it out.

Home / Services / AI agents

The operational problem

Where the current process breaks down.

A chatbot can answer a question and still leave every action to your staff. At the other extreme, an agent with broad permissions can make errors harder to detect. Useful implementation starts with a narrow job and explicit boundaries.

The system we build

Connect the work, not just the tools.

HTS builds assistants and agents around your existing workflow. Possible jobs include receptionist intake, lead qualification, email drafting, content preparation and structured data processing. Each implementation defines permitted actions, evaluation cases, approval points, logging and a fallback when confidence or system availability is insufficient.

Example workflow
  1. 01Request received
  2. 02Context retrieved
  3. 03Action proposed
  4. 04Approval if required
  5. 05Action executed
  6. 06Outcome logged

Illustrative architecture. Final steps depend on your systems, access and approved scope.

Implementation

How this takes shape in your business.

  1. Specify inputs, expected outputs and actions the agent may perform.
  2. Connect only the tools and data needed for the job.
  3. Evaluate representative examples, failures and escalation behavior.
  4. Launch with human oversight, documentation and an agreed support model.

Business outcomes we design for

  • Routine work completed inside the systems you use.
  • Sensitive actions held for an authorized person.
  • Traceable outcomes and failures.
  • A bounded system that can be evaluated and improved.

These are design objectives, not guaranteed results. We agree on measures and track actual outcomes.

Your existing stack

Integrations with a clear purpose.

  • CRM tools
  • Microsoft 365
  • Approved AI models
  • Workflow orchestration
  • Voice platforms where scoped

We verify vendor capabilities, account permissions and supported interfaces before committing to an integration. Vendor names describe technology experience and possible scope, not formal partnerships.

Client experience

A direct working relationship, from scope to handoff.

Our published client feedback describes real service and website engagements. It is not evidence of a measured result for this specific automation.

Good questions

Before we build.

Can you build an AI receptionist?

Yes. We scope call handling, approved answers, qualification, appointment booking and escalation. Recording, disclosure and communication requirements need review by the business before launch.

How do you prevent an agent from doing too much?

We use scoped access, explicit action limits, approval gates, logging and fallback behavior. The design is tested against likely failure cases; it is not a guarantee that AI will never make a mistake.

What does an automation project cost?

Most custom automation projects are $2,500–$6,000. Ongoing management and optimization ranges from $500 to $5,000 per month, based on system complexity, management responsibilities and support needs. Complex integrations and AI systems are scoped individually. The discovery call helps determine the appropriate engagement.

How do you handle compliance-sensitive workflows?

Human approval, access controls, suppression rules and audit trails can be incorporated into the design. Your team is responsible for reviewing business and regulatory requirements. HTS provides technology implementation, not legal advice.
